Speaker Description

Natalie Boyle is the passionate founder and CEO of Mommies in Need, a non-profit organization with the mission of caring for kids so that families can access healthcare.  With personal experience as a cancer survivor and a mother of twin toddlers, Natalie saw the challenges of managing health crises while caring for children and established Mommies in Need in 2014.

Under Natalie's leadership, the organization has grown from a grassroots initiative to a multi-million-dollar non-profit that has provided over 60,000 hours of free childcare to more than 2,000 children. Mommies in Need operates in-home care services, virtual visits, and Annie's Place, a pioneering childcare center at Parkland Hospital in Dallas. A second Annie's Place location in partnership with another major hospital system is set to open in 2024, with the plan to replicate and scale the program throughout the state of Texas and beyond.

Natalie is an accomplished speaker, sharing her inspiring story and insights on a variety of topics, from using the suffering you have experienced to help others and heal yourself, to the inclusion of childcare as a social determinant of health. She has spoken at major medical conferences, corporate events, and has been featured on NBC, CBS, Fox, WFAA, and other prominent media outlets. She hosts the podcast "Culture of Caring with Natalie Boyle" and is a semi-finalist in the North America's Greatest Speaker Competition.
