ICON 2022 was one for the history books! In it’s 22nd year, our annual ICON Experience was full of excitement, learning, and fun! Here are some of our favorite moments:

Pre-Con: PLATINUM Power Hour

This past March, we asked our PLATINUMS to give us 10 minutes of their best content, and man oh man, did they ever deliver! The top six speakers were selected to take the stage at pre-con and it’s safe to say that they blew us all away! Standing ovation for Karen M. Fisher, Michelle Jacobik, Jenny Harkleroad, Tobey Ann Terry, Kathryn Woods, and Shameca Tankerson!

Pre-Con: The Future is Now

It’s a commonly known fact that powerful tech hardware must stay cool to remain in optimal condition, and the AC at the Embassy Suites definitely got the memo for our Dell Day! The AC may have been chilly, but the speakers and learning were H-O-T, hot! Attendees were blessed with the best as DELL, Elo, and Logitech speakers took the stage and blew our minds!

Pre-Con: Emerging Leaders Dinner

Sponsored by Hampton Water and hosted at Legacy West’s Toulouse, our Emerging Leaders were treated to a sumptuous meal and sparkling drinks to celebrate them as up and coming leaders in their communities all across the country. Day 1: Sandra’s Opening

If you’re veteran of the ICON experience, then Sandra’s brilliance may come as no surprise to you. But for our first timers, Sandra had some powerful things to say about the realities of the current “economic winter” and what the entrepreneur of the future will look like. Too many mic drop moments to count.

Day 1: Femtor Awards

The International Femtor Awards are always a special part of our conference, and this year was no exception. Dozens of women were honored for a wide variety of accomplishments including, but not limited to, our new Managing Director of the Year, Brenda Layton! Day 2: Balancing Act

Briana Dai took the stage with Emmy-nominated producer, Donia Duchess, and fitness model/influencer, Paige Hathaway to discuss the juggernaut that is work/life balance in today’s day and age, particularly for working women.

Day 2: Briana’s Story

If you’ve attended conference in the past, then you’ve had the pleasure of seeing Briana speak onstage. This year’s first solo session with her was a powerhouse. Learning about Briana’s background in the branding and photoshoot world made a huge impact and really showed the passion and why behind what she does in supporting women entrepreneurs.

Day 3: Nina Vaca

Chairman and CEO or the Pinnacle Group, Nina Vaca, sat down with Sandra for a powerful conversation about how she got to where she is today and what advice she has for other women entrepreneurs. An unforgettable session with lots of takeaways, a personal favorite: “a lady never reacts, she responds”.

Day 3: Kym’s Playlist

There was no sleeping through Kym’s Saturday presentation, because the vibe in the room was on FIRE! From Madonna to Aretha Franklin, Kym brought down the house with a playlist exploring the sound of your brand complete with an appearance from Vaughn Fahie on the sax!

Day 3: A cameo from Tati

Our littlest conference attendee got the pink memo and graced us with her second onstage appearance in a fluffy pink dress worthy of the littlest princess. It’s a good thing the whole family looks fantastic in pink!

Beauti Science

If you didn’t visit the Beauti Science booth, you need to come back to Dallas, because you missed out! In addition to their generous donations of giveaways from the mainstage, they were performing tons of rejuvenating procedures on attendees to make them look and feel as fresh as possible!

Briana’s Dress

The hair, the dress. We’re all obsessed with this look, right? Briana’s calls it mod Barbie. I call it perfection.

Friends both old and new…
